Delete your Logkeepr account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
Fastest: in the app
- Open Logkeepr and tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete forever to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. If you used Logkeepr without an account, the same button reads Delete data on this phone and erases everything stored on that phone.
Can't open the app?
Email hello@logkeepr.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my Logkeepr account. We'll confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email and password)
- Every maintenance entry, reminder and note
- Receipt and part photos
- Your home profile answers
- Your AI diagnosis history and plan record
What we keep
Nothing from your account is kept in our live systems. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. If you subscribed to Pro, Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's policies. Deleting your Logkeepr account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
