Common questions

I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, then type the 6-digit code we email you along with a new password. Check your spam folder if the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

I'm not getting reminders.
In Logkeepr, go to Profile and make sure Phone reminders is On. Then check your phone's Settings → Apps → Logkeepr → Notifications. Reminders arrive at 9:00 AM on the day a task is due.

What's included in Free and Pro?
Free includes 5 entries and 3 categories in each section, plus 3 AI diagnoses. Pro ($3.99 a month or $29.99 a year) adds unlimited entries and categories and 10 AI diagnoses a month.

How do I cancel Pro?
Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Logkeepr → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Will I lose my data if I switch phones?
No, as long as you use an account. Sign in on the new phone and your log comes back, including photos.
